We’re excited to launch the BEEPEC Rewards Program — a loyalty system built to thank our repeat clients for their continued trust. Every paid order earns you points, points convert to real store credit, and the more you order, the faster you climb tiers and earn at a higher rate.
How It Works
BEEPEC Rewards runs automatically in the background of your account. You order editing the way you always have, points accrue on every paid invoice, and you redeem them for account credit whenever you like. There’s nothing to sign up for and no codes to remember.
Earning Points
Every time an invoice is paid, you automatically earn points based on the amount — at a rate set by your tier, from 0.25 points per $1 at Bronze up to 1 point per $1 at Platinum. Points are credited to your account root, so if you manage multiple sub-accounts under one company, all spend rolls up into a single Rewards balance. Points post automatically after each successful payment — there’s nothing to activate or claim.
Membership Tiers
Your tier is determined by your total paid spend in the last calendar month. Tiers update each month based on your most recent activity — strong months get rewarded immediately.

Every tier enjoys the same standard service we’re known for — priority support and fast turnaround for all clients. Tiers only change how quickly you earn points, never the quality or speed of your edits.
Example: If you paid $800 in invoices last month, you’re Silver this month — so a $600 order earns 600 × 0.5 = 300 points ($3.00 in credit value). Cross $1,000 in a month and you reach Gold, where that same order would earn 450 points.
Redeeming Points
100 points = $1.00 in store credit. Once you’ve accumulated at least 500 points ($5.00 in value), you can redeem them from your Rewards page. Redeemed points convert instantly to store credit on your account balance, which then applies toward any future invoice.

To redeem: go to Client Portal → Rewards → Redeem Points, enter the amount you’d like to convert, and confirm. The credit appears in your account balance immediately
Points Expiry
Points expire after 3 consecutive months with no earning activity. In practice, this means: as long as you place at least one paid order within any 3-month window, your balance stays active. If points do expire, you’ll see a notification in your portal confirming it — so the simplest way to keep your balance is to keep ordering through your season.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The Rewards Program is available to all active BEEPEC client accounts in good standing.
- Earning: Points are awarded only on paid invoices. Unpaid, voided, or refunded invoices do not earn or retain points. Points post automatically — no manual claim is needed.
- Referrals: Referral rewards are paid as points (not separate store credit) and accumulate in the same Rewards balance.
- Redemption minimum: A minimum of 500 points is required per redemption. Points must be redeemed in whole-point increments.
- Redemption rate: The fixed rate is 100 points = $1.00. This rate is published and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
- Tier calculation: Tiers are recalculated from paid spend over the previous calendar month. Tier status may rise or fall with monthly activity; there is no penalty for tier demotion.
- Account scope: Points and tier status are calculated at the account-root level. Sub-accounts under the same company share a single Rewards balance and tier.
- Non-transferable: Points cannot be transferred between unrelated accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash.
- Expiry: Points expire after 3 months of inactivity (no earning events). Expiry applies to the full balance — partial expiry does not apply.
- Program changes: BEEPEC reserves the right to modify earn rates, tier thresholds, redemption rates, or expiry rules with reasonable advance notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to points already earned.
- Abuse: Fraudulent activity, payment reversals, or abuse of the program may result in points forfeiture and account review.
Getting Started
- Place and pay an order — points are credited automatically.
- Visit your Rewards page (Client Portal → Rewards) to see your balance, current tier, and progress to the next tier.
- Redeem anytime once you hit 500 points — the credit lands on your account balance and applies to any invoice.
Your dashboard also shows a live Rewards widget, so your balance is always visible without leaving the main screen.
