Terms of Service

These terms explain how we work together: what we deliver, how orders, payments and revisions work, and what each of us can expect. They are written to be read, so please take a few minutes to go through them.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to every order you place with BEEPEC Co., Ltd (“Beepec”, “we”, “us”), whether you order through our client portal at portal.beepec.com, by email or through any other channel. By placing an order or using the client portal, you agree to these terms. If you are ordering for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Our services
We provide post-production for real estate imagery: photo editing, virtual twilight, item removal and retouching, panorama stitching, floor plans, virtual staging, 3D renderings, and video and slideshow editing. What each service includes is described on its service page and on our Pricing page. For requests that are not listed, we agree the scope and price with you before we start.
We may offer a free trial for new clients, as described on our website at the time you ask for it.
3. Placing an order
To place an order, share your files with us through the client portal uploader or a download link (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer), together with your editing instructions. Clear instructions and complete files help us deliver the result you expect. If anything is unclear, we will ask before we continue.
You confirm that you own the files you send us, or that you have permission to have them edited, and that they do not contain unlawful content.
4. Turnaround and delivery
Our standard turnaround times are listed on our Pricing and FAQ pages. They depend on the service: for example, photo editing and virtual twilight are usually delivered within 8-10 hours, and video editing, virtual staging, floor plans and renovation within 12-24 hours. Turnaround is counted from the moment we have received your complete files and instructions.
If you need a rush delivery, tell us before you place the order. We will confirm whether we can prioritise it.
5. Prices and payment
Our prices are per image, in US dollars, and are shown on our Pricing page. They are net flat rates: they do not include hidden fees. If an order would involve an extra fee, we will tell you before we start. Custom work is quoted in advance.
For your first order, we ask for a deposit of 50-100% of the total amount before we begin. For later orders, we send you an invoice link after each job is completed. We accept PayPal, wire transfer and Wise. Please pay each invoice within 7 days of its issue date. We may pause new orders while an invoice is overdue.
6. Revisions and quality
Every order goes through our editing, quality assurance and quality control steps. If a result does not match your instructions, tell us and we will fix it until you are satisfied. Small changes are free of charge.
Changes that go beyond your original instructions, for example a new editing style or extra retouching, may be quoted as new work. Please review your files soon after delivery and let us know about any issue as early as possible.
7. Refunds
Our first answer to a problem is always to fix it. If we are unable to correct an edit so that it matches your original instructions, we will offer you a redo, a credit to your balance on the client portal, or a refund for the images concerned.
Please send any claim within one week of delivery. After that, we consider the delivered files accepted.
8. Your files and ownership
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and plans you send us. Once an order is paid, the edited results are yours to use for your listings and marketing.
We use your files only to complete your orders. We do not publish, advertise or share your original or edited files with anyone without your permission. We keep delivered outputs for 60 days, after which we may delete them, so please download and store your files.

9. Liability
We work with care and professional skill. We are not responsible for losses caused by the content of the files you send us, by instructions that were incomplete or unclear, or by events outside our reasonable control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or lost profit, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Ending the service
You can stop using our services at any time. Work that has already been completed must be paid for. We may decline or stop an order, or suspend an account, if an invoice remains unpaid, if the files contain unlawful content, or if these terms are not respected. If we stop an order for a reason that is not your fault, you only pay for the work already delivered.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a service or change how we work. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in force on the day you place them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith. If that is not possible, it will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam.
