VIETNAM THROUGH PANDEMIC
2020 welcomed us by a pandemic called Covid. While the outside world is in a race in the number of Covid cases, we are happy to say that Vietnam is one of a few countries that are less affected.
The epidemic has been under controlled since the end of April. Vietnam has implemented drastic tracking of the infected, fast testing in the community and timely social quarantine. However, on July 26, 2020, there was a new case in the community recorded in Da Nang. This has sparked a second wave of Covid-19 after nearly 100 days of no infection in the community. In the end, Vietnam has once again successfully stopped the spreading.
Luckily, the pandemic does not affect people providing Photo Editing service like us. Therefore, our clients don’t need to fret about the quality and delivery time. Our work is not much different from before the pandemic.
HOW IS BEEPEC DURING COVID-19?
Our team is doing great because our goverment had the situation under control through some aggressive actions. Vietnamese people have strictly complianced from mask-wearing to social distancing, therefore, this pandemic does not influence our business.
We work mainly on computers and online platforms so working from home is not difficult. Even though the location is flexible, our spirit and productivity remain the same – 100% concentrating on work and always keeping an energetic brain.
To combat the pandemic, BEEPEC also has health checks for employees such as temperature measurement before work, keeping a safe distance of 2 meters, wearing masks during work, etc. Everything we do is to ensure that everyone is safe and well enough to serve the customers.
HOW ABOUT “BEES”?
BEEPEC is a “beehive” contains over a hundred hardworking “bees”. We are young souls who have a deep passion for Photo Editing.
Our team consists of 04 main departments:
- Sales & Marketing Departments: smart bees who take care of customers requirements every day.
- Team Leadership Assistances: who are responsible for distributing the workflow.
- Quality Assurance: bees with steel spirit, checking thousands edited images every day to guarantee the photos’ quality.
- Editor Team: the most diligent and meticulous bees who get the photos done, make “honey” every day for customers.

We have the answers clearly below for you:
- Number of editors: ~ 100
- Productivity: ~ 100 images per day (average for all services)
- Average number of pictures per day: > 1000 outputs
- ETA (Turn around time) for completed order: 12 – 15 hours (depend on the volume of the order)
- ETA for corrections: 3 – 4 hours
The turnaround time can be longer when we’re overloaded. In this case, we’ll inform our customers. One of our clients’ perks is that we are also willing to adjust the products until clients are satisfied with the final result.
During these days, we are continuously working overtime yet our team is always prepared to come early or stay late to help each other. Our main goal is to guarantee the quality of outputs, make sure that they are extraordinary and shown up on schedule.
